Just arrived yesterday. A very little burmese duck opium weight, very close to that Deckard’s piano, but not equal. Funny anyway.
Un nuevo patito…. el segundo.
Llegó justo ayer. Un pequeño peso birmano para opio en forma de patito, bastante similar al que aparece en el piano de Deckard, aunque no igual. De todos modos, es divertido.

Bien, se trata de una galería Flikr del nuevo lugar donde se encuentra (o eso parece) el spinner superviviente. ¡El único que todavía “vuela”!
Un interesante conjunto de imágenes de alta resolución para todos nosotros. Buenos detalles. Algunas imágenes están borrorsas, pero… ¿a quién le importa?

Let’s talk about the different approaches my Fan Book Project could have (for now). My first idea was to publish a selected collection of pictures, some unpublished, some from prop makers, some from private collectors, and so on. All of these pìcs must be related with the proper location of props in the movie. Snapshots tailored to show the exact place, etc. Well, this was the FIRST idea as I said… But…
But, things goes and take form in a way never could thing in the first insight… and this book will be not exception. A second sight about contents showed me that prop topic is vaste and almost impossible to limit… then, a simple categorization appears in my mind:
1. Props used in the screen. Real props.
2. Replicas from real objects in the real world. Objects of normal use that appears in the movie.
3. Replicas made by hobbists, prop makers, casters, artists and so on. Replicas accurate to screen ones.
4. How to identify and find the real props and replicas from real objects.
Well, this 4 points are very extensible… as time goes on and show me.

Just received. A fan project. One of a kind, I guess. A little Deckard figurine custom made, blister and the rest also custom made. A good work for starting a series of custom made figures about Blade Runner. Yes, this a unique piece. In a 1 to 10 scale, I will give 7 points.

Acabo de recibirla. Un proyecto de aficionado. Una en su categoría, así lo creo. Una pequeña figurita de Deckard hecha manualmente, así como el blister y el resto, también hechos a medida. Un buen trabajo como punto de partida para realizar una serie de figuras manuales sobre Blade Runner. Si, es una pieza única. En una escala del 1 al 10 le daría un 7.
The Lego™ spinner project is a piece by piece one. Here you have the windscreen central piece, according the Kaitimar model I want to replicate. A nice piece of traslucent black PVC. Three arrived, thus, I could do three replicas… if the rest of pieces arrives as well!

El proyecto de spinner hecho con Lego™ es realmente un proyecto de pieza a pieza. Aquí tienes la pieza central del parabrisas, según el modelo de Kaitimar que quiero duplicar. Una bonita pieza de PVC traslúcido negro. Han llegado tres, así que con suerte podré montar tres ejemplares… ¡si llegan el resto de piezas!

No so easy fo find the exact model, but burmese opium (actually not only opium at all) weights are around at ebay, and you may find all kind of figures, not only ducks. This one is one of two duckies I won past week. Is slightly different of the piece that appears in the movie, but very accurate, IMHO.

No es fácil de encontrar el modelo exacto, pero las pesas birmanas para opio (y otras cosas en realidad) se encuentran por todas partes en ebay, y puedes encontrar varias figuritas, no sólo patos. Este es uno de los dos patos que gané la semana pasada. Es ligeramente distinto de la pieza que aparece en la película, pero bastante preciso, según creo.

Yeah, this Lego© spinner made by Kaitimar takes my hearth with… and I wanna have one, made by me myself, and the looking for process for the right pieces has begun…
First pack of slopes has arrived. Traslucent black ones and also pure black. Central windscreen piece are in transit… I hope to receive it soon. In fact, I’ve ordered several pieces of each type… Thus, an assembly line must be working soon… 
Deconstruyendo el spinner de Kaitimar
Efectivamente el spinner hecho con Lego© por Kaitimar me tiene el corazón robado… y quiero tener uno, hecho por mi mismo, y el proceso de búsqueda de las piezas correctas ha empezado…
El primer paquete de pendientes ha llegado. Unas cuantas en negro traslúcido y otras en puro negro sólido. La pieza central de la carlinga está en tránsito…. y espero que llegue pronto. De hecho, he pedido varias de cada… De este modo, la cadena de montaje podrá estar en funcionamiento muy pronto….
