Yeah. Passed international Expo Zaragoza 2008 give me the chance for taking these pictures. These extraordinary buildings could be part ot the future… Yeah, maybe too much white… but… let time pass and watch!

¡Si! La pasada Expo Zaragoza 2008 me dió la oportunidad de tomar estas fotografías (por cierto, las había olvidado). Estos extraordinarios edificios bien podrían ser parte de un futuro… Tal vez demasiado blancos… ¡pero dejemos que pase el tiempo!

Seems like the madness is true. Read the complete story here, in the Slashfilm blog. Personally, I hope this project could be interesting, or a waste of time… Jeter books are, IMHO, a bad sequels (my respects to Mr. Jeter, but I don’t like their books). And now, which starting point will have a BR sequel? It’s a mistery… No studio involved yet, one scrip twriter down before project starts… Weird! Let’s time say the last word…

Parece que semejante locura es cierta. Puede leer la historia completa (en inglés) en el blog de Slashfilm. Personalmente creo que este proyecto puede ser interesante, o una completa pérdida de tiempo… Los libros de Jeter, en mi opinión, son malas segundas y siguientes partes (mis respetos al Sr. Jeter, pero sus libros no me gustan). Y ahora, ¿qué punto de partida tendrá esta secuela de BR? Misterio… Por ahora no hay ningún estudio involucrado, uno de los guionistas lo deja antes de empezar… ¡Vaya por Dios! Veamos qué nos depara el futuro…

This is a copy of a vintage ad shows merchandising with Blade Runner as a basis for the “future cars” campaign done by Wolkswagen. I’ve recently win the summer-cap and sometime ago one of the badges. All of these items are rare and hard to find. A nice addition for any BR collector, IMHO.

Mucho tiempo atrás… el coche del futuro era Wolkswagen

Esta copia de un antiguo anuncio muestra el merchandising con Blade Runner como base para la campaña de los “coches del futuro” realizada por Wolkswagen. Recientemente he conseguido ganar la visera veraniega, y hace algún tiempo atrás uno de los botones. Todos estos objetos son bastante raros y difíciles de localizar. Aún así, creo que son una interesante adición para cualquier coleccionista de BR.

I’m an eBay addict. Of course. Everyday my email is plenty of new items added for Blade Runner searches, or other items (in a future, will be blogged as BR is). Today was stunning for me. An eBay auction title as: The Final Cut Screening TICKETS appears in my screen.

Starting bid, this morning, $500. Wow! I think somebody turned crazy about collectors and auctions… Now, 6 hours later, the auction was relisted with $300 starting bid… Uh… I think about waiting a week to watch a serious drop… We are collectors, not stupid men!

Esta mañana la puja inicial era de $500. ¡Vaya! Creo que alguien se volvió loco pensando en los coleccionistas y las subastas…. Ahora, unas 6 horas más tarde, veo que la subasta ha sido reiniciada con un precio de salida de $300… Bah… creo que valdrá la pena esperar una semana y ver cómo cae en picado… Somos coleccionistas ¡pero no estúpidos!
